This policy explains how Wolflume Inc. ("Wolflume", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website, wolflume.com. It does not cover our apps. See the Run Run Day privacy policy.
What this website collects
- No accounts, forms, cookies or analytics. This website does not set cookies, run tracking scripts or ask you to sign in.
- Technical request data. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes this data to deliver and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you or build profiles.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence.
How we use and share information
We use the information above only to operate this website and respond to you. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, website hosting and email), or where required by law.
Where information is stored
Our service providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, the information is subject to the laws of that country.
Retention and security
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, to protect information.
